Rich Glomski is the Regional Market Leader for both the Houston and San Antonio markets for Accretive Solutions. Rich has over thirty years of experience in the consulting industry and the private sector, including KPMG Peat Marwick, Grant Thornton and JP Morgan Chase Bank. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Rich was President of The S Three Company, a management consulting company, based in Texas. Rich’s background includes work in a variety of industries including financial services, energy, hospitality and the public sector. His work experience has focused on business transformations, including M&A integration, business and IT project management, organizational change, process and profitability enhancement and strategic management. In addition, he is an Executive Coach in the Mays MBA School at Texas A&M University. Rich has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Texas A&M and an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
