Maria Martindale leads the Dallas/Fort Worth office of Accretive Solutions. She has over twenty years of business experience across multiple industries. When joining Accretive Solutions' predecessor firm in 1996, Maria was instrumental in starting the firm's successful executive search practice. She stayed with the firm after the acquisition by Accretive Solutions in 2000. Throughout her 14 year career with Accretive Solutions and the predecessor firm, she has expanded her roles to include consulting solution offerings and in 2007, she was promoted to Market Leader for the Dallas/Fort Worth office. Prior to joining the firm, Maria held positions in Accounting and Finance with experience in the areas of audit, property management accounting, tax accounting and system implementations. She graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Accounting.
