Patrick S. Persons
President and CEO
In November of 2006, Patrick S. Persons was named President of Accretive Solutions. Mr. Persons joined the firm in 2003 as Vice President of the Dallas practice and then was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President of Sales & Strategic Initiatives. His most recent position was EVP of Field Operations for the company. Prior to joining Accretive, Mr. Persons was Managing Director of the Colorado practice for a national professional services firm. Additionally, Mr. Persons spent eight years in the manufacturing industry in various financial management positions, including Regional Controller for a larger manufacturer of automotive parts. He began his career at Coopers and Lybrand providing auditing services for publicly traded companies. Mr. Persons received his BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dirk D. Hobgood CPA, CIA
EVP of Consulting, Chief Financial Officer and Acting Southern California Market Leader
Dirk Hobgood joined Accretive Solutions in January 2005 and currently serves as EVP of Consulting and Chief Financial Officer, as well as Acting Market Leader for Southern California. Dirk is also Accretive Solution’s lead subject matter expert and principal spokesman for Accounting & Finance and Enterprise Governance matters, including Restructuring solutions. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Dirk served as SVP and Chief Financial Officer of a mid-sized manufacturer. Earlier in his career, Dirk served as Chief Audit Executive of a Fortune 500 electronics manufacturer, as well as held various audit and consulting leadership roles at Ernst & Young LLP. He holds a degree in Accounting from Murray State University.

Signe J. Keller
EVP Sales and Marketing
Signe Keller joined the firm in 2005 as Corporate Vice President of Southern California, and subsequently became Corporate Vice President of Business Development and Training before being promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Signe served as the National Director of Business Development and Marketing for a national professional services firm. Additionally, Signe held many leadership roles, including Vice President and General Manager for the Corporate Services Division, in her successful eighteen-year career at American Express. An entrepreneur, she had also launched a new company specializing in business process outsourcing. A leading contributor throughout her career, Signe brings to Accretive Solutions her extensive experience in operations, sales and management. She graduated from Michigan State University where she holds a Masters degree.

Mike G. Reinecke
EVP and General Counsel, Acting Market Leader Northeastern Region
Mike G. Reinecke has served as Vice President and General Counsel at Accretive Solutions since 1999 . Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Mike was President of SkillMaster, Inc., a successful regional staffing company specializing in technical and engineering services. He also served as Vice President and General Counsel at Career Horizons, Inc., where he participated in the acquisitions of eighteen target companies, and helped negotiate the sale of over $265 million in securities. Previously, Mike was a partner at the law firm of Godfrey & Kahn, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, related tax and securities issues, and international transactions. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School magna cum laude in 1986.

Richard Wallace
EVP of Business Strategy and IT Consulting Solutions, Acting Market Leader Detroit
Rich Wallace joined Accretive Solutions in March 2009 and currently serves as EVP of Business Strategy and IT Consulting Solutions.  Rich is also Accretive Solutions’ lead subject matter expert and principal spokesman for IT Professional Services and Business Strategy Solutions. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Rich held the position of General Manager and Vice President,  Hosting Services, with a Fortune 500 provider of business outsourcing solutions.  Earlier in his career he served as Senior Partner and Chief Information Officer for a global professional services, software services, and managed services firm that delivered “extended enterprise” solutions to the Global 3000, mid-market and emerging companies.  Rich holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems and Communications from the College of Mount St. Joseph.

Gustavo G. Dolfino

Gustavo G. Dolfino is the Senior Managing Director leading our Financial Services Executive Search and Consulting practice for Accretive Solutions based in our New York, NY office. Formerly Gustavo was founder and President of The WhiteRock Group, LLC. a global, financial services executive search, placement and consulting firm with offices in New York, London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Moscow, Mumbai and Dubai. Mr. Dolfino is often quoted in the press and is a frequent guest on CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg, CBS, Fox News, Marketwatch, Securitization News and Asset Backed Alert. Prior to starting WhiteRock, Mr. Dolfino held a number of senior executive positions at leading financial services firms such as UBS, Smith Barney and JE Capital. Gustavo holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird – The American Graduate School in International Management, and a BBA from the George Washington University with a major in International Business. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and French.
