	Gustavo G. Dolfino Senior Managing Director, Financial Services Executive Search & Consulting Gustavo G. Dolfino is the Senior Managing Director leading our Financial Services Executive Search and Consulting practice for Accretive Solutions based in our New York, NY office. Formerly Gustavo was founder and President of The WhiteRock Group, LLC. a global, financial services executive search, placement and consulting firm with offices in New York, London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Moscow, Mumbai and Dubai. Mr. Dolfino is often quoted in the press and is a frequent guest on CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg, CBS, Fox News, Marketwatch, Securitization News and Asset Backed Alert. Prior to starting WhiteRock, Mr. Dolfino held a number of senior executive positions at leading financial services firms such as UBS, Smith Barney and JE Capital. Gustavo holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird – The American Graduate School in International Management, and a BBA from the George Washington University with a major in International Business. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and French.
	Frank R. Mack Senior Managing Director; Corporate Renewal, Special Situations & Restructuring Frank R. Mack is a Senior Managing Director who leads Accretive Solutions’ Corporate Renewal, Special Situations & Restructuring practice, as well as the lead investment professional for Accretive Solutions Capital Partners, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Accretive Solutions, Inc., that provides private committed investment capital in certain special situations and turnaround scenarios. Frank has 20 years of experience in special situations investing, and as an interim manager and financial advisor for distressed and under-performing companies in operational, financial, and workout capacities. He has acted as a Chief Restructuring Officer, Interim Chief Executive Officer, Court Appointed Receiver and Plan Monitor, as an Assignee on Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors, and testified as an expert witness on quantifications of damages and other matters in US Federal and International Courts. Frank has been employed and engaged by private equity sponsors, hedge funds, investment companies, strategic owners and secured lenders to represent or advise on their respective interests in various investments, acquisitions, divestitures, workouts and litigated matters. He is a frequent speaker at professional conferences and universities, is a published author, and has been quoted in international publications on special situations investing, change management, bankruptcy/insolvency and international topics. Frank is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Turnaround Management Association, and is its immediate past Vice President of Education, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth Chicago Chapter. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional, a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Frank received his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree from DePaul University. Frank and his teams are headquartered in our New York , NY office.
	Todd Markus CPA Senior Vice President Consulting, Accounting & Finance and Enterprise Governance Todd Markus joined Accretive Solutions in 2004 and currently serves in a national role working to support the accounting, finance, and enterprise governance needs of clients and engagement teams in Accretive Solutions’ markets around the country. In his various roles, Todd serves as a project director and technical advisor to both public and privately-held companies in areas related to enterprise governance, SEC reporting and compliance, IFRS, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and other complex accounting and finance matters. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Todd was a senior manager in the audit practice of KPMG and served as a national instructor for assurance training and as part of the firm’s internal quality review team. Todd is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters in Professional Accounting degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
	Mairtini Ni Dhomhnaill FCCA, CIA Senior Vice President, National Business Outsourcing Solutions Mairtini Ni Dhomhnaill leads the National Business Outsourcing Solutions Practice of Accretive Solutions. She has more than twenty years of experience in the fields of accounting and finance. Working with both public and privately held companies, she has provided senior level consulting services ranging from CFO services, strategic fundraising and financial planning and analysis services and system implementation and project management services. Mairtini works extensively with venture backed Start Up companies in a CFO capacity. She is a board member for Joint Venture Silicon Valley Network and serves as the Finance Chair for The Cleantech Open Competition, a leading business plan competition in the clean tech space. Mairtini graduated from the Galway & Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT) in Ireland, is a Fellow of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and is a Certified Internal Auditor.
	Mike Saylor CISM, CISA National Director of IT Security Services Michael Saylor joined Accretive Solutions in October 2004, initially assisting in the development of the Technology Risk Management practice in the Dallas, TX office, and subsequently becoming National Director of IT Security Services. Mike is also Accretive Solutions’ lead subject matter expert and principal spokesman for IT Security and Digital Forensics. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Mike held positions including Chief Information Security Officer, IT Director, IT Audit Manager, Advisory Board Chairman, and Professor of Computer Science. Mike’s experience includes IT Strategy, IT Audit and Risk Assessments, Information Security, Incident Response and Digital Forensics, and Cyber Investigations. Michael was recently appointed the Technology Sector Chief for the North Texas FBI Infragard and has partnered with the FBI, Secret Service, and local police departments to investigate and apprehend perpetrators of multi-million dollar fraud, identity theft, embezzlement, and computer crimes. Mike graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems.
