Mack is the lead investor for AS Capital Partners, a wholly owned subsidiary of Accretive Solutions that provides capital in certain special situations and turnaround scenarios. He is also the national practice leader for Accretive Solutions’ Corporate Renewal & Restructuring practice. Frank has 20 years of experience as a private equity special situations investor, and interim manager & management consultant for distressed and under-performing companies in operational, financial and investment & loan monetization capacities. He has acted as a Chief Restructuring Officer, Interim Chief Executive Officer, Court Appointed Receiver and Plan Monitor, as an Assignee on Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors, and testified as an expert witness on quantifications of damages, valuations and other matters in US Federal and International Courts. Frank is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Turnaround Management Association, and is its past Vice President of Education, and a member of the Global Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional, a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Frank received his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree from DePaul University. Throughout his career, Andrew has demonstrated an exceptional ability to develop and manage high performance tax teams that consistently exceed client expectations. In addition, his focus on understanding the needs of large and middle-market corporations has enabled him to consistently add value to his clients’ tax operations. His background includes more than 20 years of tax experience within both “Big 4” public accounting firms and private industry. He graduated from Walsh College in 1987 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. |

Ravi R. Nayar, CMC, CPIMVice President & National Practice Director, Enterprise Systems Ravi Nayar is the Vice President at Accretive Solutions responsible for the National Enterprise Systems Practice, and also leads the firm’s Business & Technology consulting practice in the Midwest based out of its Detroit office. Ravi started his consulting career with Deloitte & Touche and later served as a partner with PwC and BDO Seidman, with responsibility for leading and growing their technology based consulting practices in the areas of business transformation, performance and profitability improvement, ERP selection and implementations, and IT deployment. He has been an advisor to AMT (The Association for Manufacturing Technology) since 1995 on many industry management issues and has also been an educator of IT management principles to industry executives as an adjunct faculty member for the University of Detroit Mercy’s MBA Program. He also serves as board member for the Detroit chapter of APICS and is an officer for the Detroit chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants. He is a certified management consultant (CMC) and a certified manufacturing industry specialist (CPIM, CIRM), and has also earned certifications in technology areas including CDP and CSP. Ravi has an MBA in Operations Management and an MS in Mechanical Engineering both from the University of Rochester in New York. |

She has more than twenty years of experience in the fields of accounting and finance. Working with both public and privately held companies, she has provided senior level consulting services ranging from CFO services, strategic fundraising, financial planning, system implementation and project management services. Mairtini works extensively with venture backed Start Up companies in a CFO capacity. She is a board member for Joint Venture Silicon Valley Network and The National Cleantech Open, a leading business plan competition in the clean tech space. Mairtini graduated from the Galway & Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT) in Ireland, is a Fellow of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and is a Certified Internal Auditor. |
