	Sandra Bensworth VP-Market Leader Southern California Sandra Bensworth leads the Irvine office of Accretive Solutions. She is one of the original founders of BF Consultants, Inc., which became part of Accretive Solutions in 2005. Sandra has worked in the consulting industry since 1997. Her career included Shearson Lehman Mortgage Company, Coldwell Banker Corporation, and Deloitte & Touche before she began her own consulting practice that provided professional services on federal and multi-state tax compliance and research.
	Kevin Burke VP-Market Leader Detroit Kevin Burke leads the Detroit office of Accretive Solutions. Previously, Kevin served as president of Bell TechLogix, an Indianapolis based business services firm that provides IT solutions and services for new technology implementations. Kevin has also held senior level roles with TechTeam Global, A.F. Kelly & Associates, Information Builders, Alternative Resources Corp (ARC) and IBM. Kevin is a graduate of Central Michigan University where he majored in marketing. He later went on to earn an MBA at the University of Detroit and has completed coursework at the Center for Creative Leadership and Harvard University’s program on Service Value Chain, a program within their Executive Management Series. Kevin is an active alumnus and has been a featured speaker in the University of Detroit’s business school, regularly acting as a career mentor to students.
	Chris Fontanella VP-Market Leader Southern California Chris Fontanella leads the Los Angeles office of Accretive Solutions. He is one of the original founders of BF Consultants, Inc., which became part of Accretive Solutions in 2005. Chris has worked in the consulting industry over ten years, including holding a leadership role in Corporate Trust at Security Pacific/Bank of America. He excels at providing high quality accounting and finance professionals on a project basis.
	Rich Glomski Vice President, Regional Market Leader San Antonio - Houston Rich Glomski is the Regional Market Leader for both the Houston and San Antonio markets for Accretive Solutions. Rich has over thirty years of experience in the consulting industry and the private sector, including KPMG Peat Marwick, Grant Thornton and JP Morgan Chase Bank. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Rich was President of The S Three Company, a management consulting company, based in Texas. Rich’s background includes work in a variety of industries including financial services, energy, hospitality and the public sector. His work experience has focused on business transformations, including M&A integration, business and IT project management, organizational change, process and profitability enhancement and strategic management. In addition, he is an Executive Coach in the Mays MBA School at Texas A&M University. Rich has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Texas A&M and an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
	Ann Hook Executive Vice President, Eastern Region Ann Hook leads the Atlanta market and oversees the Jacksonville and New York markets for Accretive Solutions. Ann has over twenty years of experience in the consulting industry including Big Four, as well as mid-sized consulting companies with international and US based corporations. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions in December of 2007, Ann was Regional Vice President for Pomeroy’s operation in the Midwest and the Southeast with a base in Atlanta. During her career, she has led large business units as well as transformation programs and consulted with corporations across multiple industries including insurance, pharmaceutical, financial, manufacturing and retail. Ann graduated from the University of Stockholm, Sweden in 1988.
	Tom King VP-Market Leader Jacksonville Thomas King leads the Jacksonville office of Accretive Solutions. He is a CPA and has more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, process improvement, and project management. Since joining the firm in 2004, Tom has served as our Governance & Compliance Practice Director, National Leader of our Transportation and Supply Chain Management practice and focuses on specialty audits where he assists entities streamline operations, reduce expenses and recover lost revenue. Tom started his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young LLP, holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting (UNF) and an MBA from Temple University.
	Maria Martindale VP-Market Leader Dallas Maria Martindale leads the Dallas/Fort Worth office of Accretive Solutions. She has over twenty years of business experience across multiple industries. When joining Accretive Solutions' predecessor firm in 1996, Maria was instrumental in starting the firm's successful executive search practice. She stayed with the firm after the acquisition by Accretive Solutions in 2000. Throughout her 14 year career with Accretive Solutions and the predecessor firm, she has expanded her roles to include consulting solution offerings and in 2007, she was promoted to Market Leader for the Dallas/Fort Worth office. Prior to joining the firm, Maria held positions in Accounting and Finance with experience in the areas of audit, property management accounting, tax accounting and system implementations. She graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Accounting.
	Kate McLellan Market Leader Kate McLellan leads the Boston Office for Accretive Solutions. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Kate was one of the founders and President of The Pentad Group, a Boston-based accounting and finance consulting firm. From 1996 – 2003, Kate was the Managing Director of the Boston Office of Parson Consulting, also a finance and accounting consulting firm, where she grew the office organically to a $12M office. Prior to her consulting career, Kate worked for a CBS affiliate in Chicago as an Investigative Reporter. She has a B.S. in journalism from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, and an M.S. in journalism from Columbia College in Chicago, Illinois. Kate is a member of several associations and networking groups including The Boston Club, The Commonwealth Institute and The Boston Chamber of Commerce.
	Stephen Moore Executive Vice President, Western Region Stephen Moore jointly leads the Northern California Market (with Katy Yeager) and oversees the Southern California market. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, internal auditing, system implementation, project management, and process improvement. Since joining the firm in 1997, Stephen has focused on developing and implementing improved processes for clients such as Altera, Quantum, Siebel Systems and VeriSign. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Stephen held positions at Intel Corporation and Amdahl Corporation. He graduated from Curtin University in Australia.
	Tom Munley VP-Market Leader Chicago Tom Munley leads the Chicago office for Accretive Solutions. Tom joined the firm in 2009 in Detroit, as a Practice Director for Enterprise Application Services, before becoming the VP of Consulting for our Dallas market in 2010. He has 15 years of experience leading a wide range of systems and process consulting engagements. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Tom consulted for two Big 4 consulting firms and IBM Global Services. Tom also spent several years consulting and performing due diligence for over 30 transactions at a $14B private equity firm. Tom is a Certified Public Accountant registered in Michigan, member of the State Bar of Michigan, and holds a B.A. and M.B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University and a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
	Katy Yeager SVP-Market Leader Northern California Katy jointly leads the Northern California Market (with Stephen Moore). Since she joined the firm in 1994, Katy has provided technical accounting advisory services, including IPO assistance and SEC reporting, to both established and newly public companies. She has assisted with the development of firm-wide methodologies for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, as well as providing emerging companies with start-up services. Katy has also held various public accounting positions with Arthur Andersen in San Jose. She is a Certified Public Accountant who graduated from Santa Clara University, where she is currently a member of the Accounting Advisory Board.
