	Dirk D. Hobgood CPA, CIA EVP of Consulting, Chief Financial Officer and Acting Southern California Market Leader Dirk Hobgood joined Accretive Solutions in January 2005 and currently serves as EVP of Consulting and Chief Financial Officer, as well as Acting Market Leader for Southern California. Dirk is also Accretive Solution’s lead subject matter expert and principal spokesman for Accounting & Finance and Enterprise Governance matters, including Restructuring solutions. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Dirk served as SVP and Chief Financial Officer of a mid-sized manufacturer. Earlier in his career, Dirk served as Chief Audit Executive of a Fortune 500 electronics manufacturer, as well as held various audit and consulting leadership roles at Ernst & Young LLP. He holds a degree in Accounting from Murray State University.
	Ann Hook VP-Market Leader Atlanta Ann Hook leads the Atlanta office of Accretive Solutions. Ann has over twenty years of experience in the consulting industry including Big Four, as well as mid-sized consulting companies with international and US based corporations. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions in December of 2007, Ann was Regional Vice President for Pomeroy’s operation in the Midwest and the Southeast with a base in Atlanta. During her career, she has led large business units as well as transformation programs and consulted with corporations across multiple industries including insurance, pharmaceutical, financial, manufacturing and retail. Ann graduated from the University of Stockholm, Sweden in 1988.
	Maria Martindale VP-Market Leader Dallas Maria Martindale leads the Dallas/Fort Worth office of Accretive Solutions. She has more than nine years of experience in the areas of auditing, property management accounting, tax accounting and system implementations. Since joining the firm in 1996, Maria has focused on professional services in the areas of executive search and consulting services. She graduated from Louisiana State University.
	Stephen Moore SVP-Market Leader Northern California Stephen Moore leads the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices of Accretive Solutions. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, internal auditing, system implementation, project management, and process improvement. Since joining the firm in 1997, Stephen has focused on developing and implementing improved processes for clients such as Altera, Quantum, Siebel Systems and VeriSign. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Stephen held positions at Intel Corporation and Amdahl Corporation. He graduated from Curtin University in Australia.
	Doug C. Mzyk VP-Market Leader San Antonio Doug Mzyk joined the company in April 2009 and leads the San Antonio market for Accretive Solutions. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Doug worked as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of 2 Brands, a restaurant-industry company, and before that, Vice President and CFO of a food manufacturer. Doug has over 18 years of hands on experience in strategic planning, reorganization, turnaround management, merger and acquisitions, process improvement, risk management, and capital investment planning and financial modeling. Doug’s client base included multiple Fortune 100 companies and Venture Capital groups. While at George Group Consulting, Doug specialized in implementing lean manufacturing (supply chain), six sigma, and organization development programs. Doug began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick after earning a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University.
	Mike G. Reinecke EVP and General Counsel, Acting Market Leader Northeastern Region Mike G. Reinecke has served as Vice President and General Counsel at Accretive Solutions since 1999 . Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Mike was President of SkillMaster, Inc., a successful regional staffing company specializing in technical and engineering services. He also served as Vice President and General Counsel at Career Horizons, Inc., where he participated in the acquisitions of eighteen target companies, and helped negotiate the sale of over $265 million in securities. Previously, Mike was a partner at the law firm of Godfrey & Kahn, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, related tax and securities issues, and international transactions. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School magna cum laude in 1986.
	Robert Schwartz VP-Market Leader Houston Robert Schwartz brings more than twenty-five years of consulting experience to Accretive Solutions where he leads our Houston practice. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Mr. Schwartz was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led large transformational projects for several of the firm’s global 1000 clients. Mr. Schwartz was subsequently a partner with Alvarez & Marsal Business Consulting where he performed the roles of Interim-CIO and Interim-COO for two of the firm’s strategic clients. He is a 1984 graduate of Texas A&M University and has completed executive coursework at Oxford.
	Michael Tanner VP-Market Leader Jacksonville Michael Tanner leads the Jacksonville and Fort Lauderdale offices of Accretive Solutions. He formed a central part of CFO Services, a professional services firm in Jacksonville, Florida that became part of Accretive Solutions in 2005. Since then, he has served as Vice President and Market Leader, positions that have enabled him to successfully introduce business technology into our service line, as well as leading our enterprise governance practice and initiating IT audit to our technology risk management services. He has previously worked at Ernst & Young LLP, where he was responsible for overseeing audit, tax, and consulting engagements throughout the Florida area.
	Richard Wallace EVP of Business Strategy and IT Consulting Solutions, Acting Market Leader Detroit Rich Wallace joined Accretive Solutions in March 2009 and currently serves as EVP of Business Strategy and IT Consulting Solutions. Rich is also Accretive Solutions’ lead subject matter expert and principal spokesman for IT Professional Services and Business Strategy Solutions. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Rich held the position of General Manager and Vice President, Hosting Services, with a Fortune 500 provider of business outsourcing solutions. Earlier in his career he served as Senior Partner and Chief Information Officer for a global professional services, software services, and managed services firm that delivered “extended enterprise” solutions to the Global 3000, mid-market and emerging companies. Rich holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems and Communications from the College of Mount St. Joseph.
	Katy Yeager SVP-Market Leader Northern California Katy leads the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices of Accretive Solutions. Since she joined the firm in 1994, Katy has provided technical accounting advisory services, including IPO assistance and SEC reporting, to both established and newly public companies. She has assisted with the development of firm-wide methodologies for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, as well as providing emerging companies with start-up services. Katy has also held various public accounting positions with Arthur Andersen in San Jose. She is a Certified Public Accountant who graduated from Santa Clara University, where is currently a member of the Accounting Advisory Board.
