Richard A. Moran

CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board

Richard A. Moran serves as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Accretive Solutions. Mr. Moran is a San Francisco based venture capitalist, best selling author and evangelist for organizational effectiveness. He is best known for his series of business books beginning with Never Confuse a Memo with Reality and is credited with starting the genre of "Business Bullet Books". His latest book is Sins and CEOs. Previously he served as an Executive-in-Residence at Venrock and was also the Chairman of Portal Software which was later sold to Oracle. He is a former Accenture Partner where he focused in the technology, media and financial services practice. He often works with corporate boards to improve effectiveness and serves on the boards of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors, Mechanics Bank and GluMobile. Mr. Moran holds an A.B. from Rutgers College, an M.S. from Indiana University and a Ph.D. from Miami University.

JoAnn Lilek

CFO

JoAnn Lilek serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Accretive Solutions and has over 30 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including serving as CFO in three large organizations. Her most recent role was as EVP and CFO of Midwest Bank Holdings, Inc. as part of the turnaround team commissioned to recapitalize Midwest Bank. Prior to that JoAnn was the CFO for DSC Logistics, a privately held provider of third party logistics and supply chain management services, where she managed all corporate financial functions including risk, treasury, real estate, pricing and credit. Prior to DSC, JoAnn had a long and distinguished career at LaSalle National Bank, which became part of ABN AMRO North America. Her last role at LaSalle/ABN was as EVP, Office of the Chairman, where she was responsible for driving a transformational change in operating strategy and business model. JoAnn has a BBA, Magna Cum Laude, from Loyola University in Chicago and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago. She is a member of FEI, The Chicago Finance Exchange and the University of Chicago Woman’s Business Group, as well as, focused on diversity in her volunteer work at  United Way of Chicago Women’s Leadership Council and serving as a Boardroom Bound Mission Advocate.

Darrah Bixler

Vice President, Human Resources

Darrah Bixler leads the Human Resources function for Accretive Solutions. Darrah has over 16 years of progressive experience in providing corporate and executive oversight of human resource functions and operations. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Darrah was Vice President of Talent Management for SymphonyIRI in Chicago, Illinois. As a member of their global HR leadership team, she was responsible for developing and implementing global performance management, succession planning and career development processes to support the organization’s strategic objectives and growth. During her career, Darrah has held other human resource leadership roles with Kelly Services, PepsiCo and Reynolds Metals Company. She is very active in a number of civic and professional organizations including the Network of Executive Women and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Kelly Relief Fund. She has a B.A. in Psychology from Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, Michigan and a Masters degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.

Ann Hook

Executive Vice President, Eastern Region

Ann Hook leads the Atlanta market and oversees the Jacksonville and New York markets for Accretive Solutions. Ann has over twenty years of experience in the consulting industry including Big Four, as well as mid-sized consulting companies with international and US based corporations. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions in December of 2007, Ann was Regional Vice President for Pomeroy’s operation in the Midwest and the Southeast with a base in Atlanta. During her career, she has led large business units as well as transformation programs and consulted with corporations across multiple industries including insurance, pharmaceutical, financial, manufacturing and retail. Ann graduated from the University of Stockholm, Sweden in 1988.

Stephen Moore

Executive Vice President, Western Region

Stephen Moore jointly leads the Northern California Market (with Katy Yeager) and oversees the Southern California market. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, internal auditing, system implementation, project management, and process improvement. Since joining the firm in 1997, Stephen has focused on developing and implementing improved processes for clients such as Altera, Quantum, Siebel Systems and VeriSign. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Stephen held positions at Intel Corporation and Amdahl Corporation. He graduated from Curtin University in Australia.

Mike G. Reinecke

Executive Vice President & General Counsel

Mike G. Reinecke has served as Vice President and General Counsel at Accretive Solutions since 1999. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Mike was President of SkillMaster, Inc., a successful regional staffing company specializing in technical and engineering services. He also served as Vice President and General Counsel at Career Horizons, Inc., where he participated in the acquisitions of eighteen target companies, and helped negotiate the sale of over $265 million in securities. Previously, Mike was a partner at the law firm of Godfrey & Kahn, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, related tax and securities issues, and international transactions. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School magna cum laude in 1986.
