A bit of history. Accretive Solutions traces its earliest roots to 1983, and includes firms formerly known as Dickson and Associates, Levinski Allan, Horn Wallace Cole, and Murdock and Associates. Consolidation of these firms in 2001 resulted in the creation of executive search leader Dickson Allan, based in Detroit, and Horn Murdock Cole, a consulting firm in great demand. Further acquisitions added BF Consultants of Southern California, and CFO Services of Florida, which combined to give the company a national presence in eleven markets.
So here we are: a recognized leader in professional services. After over 30 years of consulting and executive search solutions, it was time to bring all of our companies under the Accretive Solutions brand, and to establish the firm as a national company. In 2007, we introduced a new brand founded on an old premise: that the quality of an organization is measured by the caliber of its people.
