Jonathan Rosenthal

Executive Chairman of the Board

Jonathan Rosenthal is the Executive Chairman of the Board of Accretive Solutions and is the Co-Managing Partner of Saybrook Capital LLC, a private equity firm and Registered Investment Advisor founded in 1990. Mr. Rosenthal has a long history of contributing to the growth and success of his portfolio companies as Chairman/CEO, investor, and advisor. He has worked in leadership roles turning around some of the country’s largest and best-known corporations, including United Airlines, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Kmart, Adelphia, Foster Wheeler, and dozens of others. As Chairman of Accretive Solutions, Mr. Rosenthal helps set the overall strategic direction of the company, working closely with the senior management team. In addition, his more than 25 years of industry experience provides a powerful resource for Accretive Solutions as it expands its service offerings and industry verticals. Mr. Rosenthal regularly speaks and writes on re-energizing strong brands, and Chairs the YPO / University of Chicago Booth School annual turnaround conference. He has contributed expert commentary to CNN, CNBC, ABC News, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The Deal Magazine, Business Week, Bloomberg News, and The New York Times. Mr. Rosenthal is a member of the New York and Colorado Bar Associations, the Turnaround Management Association, and the Young Presidents Organization. His wife of 18 years is a film producer and they have two young children.

Richard A. Moran

Vice Chairman of the Board

Richard A. Moran is a San Francisco based venture capitalist, best selling author and evangelist for organization effectiveness. He is best known for his series of business books beginning with Never Confuse a Memo with Reality and is credited with starting the genre of "Business Bullet Books". His latest book is Nuts, Bolts and Jolts. Previously he served as an Executive-in-Residence at Venrock and was also the Chairman of Portal Software which was later sold to Oracle. He is a former Accenture Partner where he focused in the technology, media and financial services practice. He often works with corporate boards to improve effectiveness and serves on the board of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors and on the boards of Mechanics Bank and GluMobile. Mr. Moran holds an A.B. from Rutgers College, an M.S. from Indiana University and a Ph.D. from Miami University.

David Martin

David Martin is currently serving as Vice Chairman of CityView, one of the nation’s premier institutional investment firms focused on urban real estate, in-city housing, and metropolitan infrastructure. Mr. Martin is also founder of The Martin Group and has served as its Chairman since 1984. Mr. Martin served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of the International Board of the Young Presidents’ Organization from 2001 to 2008, where he also served as Chairman of the International Board from 2001-2002. Mr. Martin has also served as a Board Member of the University of California Berkeley Center for Real Estate Policy Advisory Board and as a Trustee of Golden Gate University. He is a graduate of the University of North Alabama and the Harvard Business School’s Leadership program.

Dan Weinfurter

CEO

Dan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Accretive Solutions. Prior to joining Accretive Solutions, Dan was the founder of Capital H Group LLC, a Chicago-based international talent and leadership solutions organization, ranked on Inc. Magazine’s list of the fastest growing private companies in 2007, 2008 and 2009, and sold to Kenexa in 2010. Before serving as the CEO of Capital H, Dan was the founder and chief executive of Parson Group, LLC. Parson Group is an international firm focused on providing consulting services to the finance, accounting and business systems areas of large organizations, and was ranked as the #1 fastest growing private company in the US in the October 2000 issue of Inc. Magazine.  In May of 2002, Parson Group was sold to Management Consulting Group, PLC, a UK-based public company listed on the London exchange, and renamed Parson Consulting. Prior to forming Parson Group, Dan was the number two executive for Alternative Resources Corporation (ARC) which became the second best performing IPO on NASDAQ in 1994. ARC was ranked as the #13 company on the 1993 Inc. 500 list, and ranked #40 on the 1994 Forbes list as a public company. He received both a B.S. and MBA from Marquette University in Milwaukee. He currently serves as a Director for Thermo Fluids, Inc (a CIVC portfolio company), Talent Drive, Inc. and is the past Chairman of the President’s Advisory Council for the YWCA of Chicago. He serves on the advisory Board of Colonnade Advisors, a Chicago-based boutique investment bank and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago. He serves as a volunteer mentor in the Clinton Foundation Council on Entrepreneurship in conjunction with Inc. Magazine. He has been extensively quoted in publications such as the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Inc. Magazine, CFO Magazine, The Chicago Tribune and The Chicago Sun Times, among others.
